Access Control
DMG Supply and install door entry systems across a broad spectrum of our clients. From proximity readers to card swipes. We also incorporate our ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) into our access control systems.
Access control is becoming more and more commonplace in todays environment, not only to restrict or enable access to certain areas, but to track the movements of certain people within a building or compound.
We can supply standalone systems which will operate the front door of your office, for example. We can also supply systems which can operate over several buildings and car parks. The card holder will be able to swipe on entry to the car park, this then sends a command to the central database which verifies the card (or number plate if ANPR is used) and the system then sends an open command to the barrier. Once on the premises, the cardholder can use the same card and process to gain access to allowed spaces within the building. The same card can also be used as a topup card for the staff canteen or chargeable items such as photocopying within a college.
The equipment and software we use is of the highest standard and is used by several government departments. The locking devices (maglocks) used are of a very high quality, on testing, we found that the door would give way before the maglock.
