How Much Will It Cost?

Lets address the CCTV market first. You can buy cheap systems that wire in through your TV set from most reputable outlets. These range from £120.00 up to about £300.00. These systems may suite some peoples requirements, and on that note we will not try to compete. However, we can obtain the same equipment for a fraction of the cost online from China! This is where the quality will let you down. We supply only proven, warranteed equipment to the highest specification which fits the budget of the client and fulfils there requirements.

With regard to intruder alarms and Fire alarms, what price do you put on your security and safety? You can get some very good systems for a reasonable price fully installed. The systems we provide are commercially proven, they are not the cheapest – we do not provide cheap equipment. We do, however, provide quality equipment at very competitive prices.

Will fitting an alarm wreck my house?

The simple answer is no. we will need to chase walls, drill holes etc, We have a select group of tradesmen who have all been vetted and screened who we will bring in to assist will all works of this nature. We are not Plasterers or carpenters and we will not attempt to do this work ourselves. In order for us to do a professional job, we will bring in professional to complete the work.

What sort of maintenance work is needed on my CCTV/Fire Alarm/Intruder Alarm?

When we take over a system we are duty bound to run a complete maintenance before accepting responsibility, we insist on the system being fully up to standards from the moment we assume responsibility. If we have installed the system we will usually include the first years maintenance free.

The average maintenance plan is for two visits, the system will be fully tested and a certificate will be issued and any log books will be completed. Sometimes one of the maintenances can be conducted online remotely, this works out more cost effective and will still satisfy the regulations in relation to insurance requirements etc. In some instances, like with large multi building installations we will need to do more than two visits.

Will I be able to monitor my CCTV Remotely?

Absolutely. Nearly all our systems now have remote monitoring and control facilities built in. As long as you have a broadband connection at both ends, you can control the direction and zoom of PTZ cameras and monitor all other cameras. This can even be done using your Android Smartphone or iPhone. Now you can see whats happening in your building from the beach on your phone!

What happens if my alarm goes off?

You will have comprehensive instructions and will have also been shown how to reset and locate triggered or faulty zones. If there is a problem, we are a 4 hour callout away, 24 hours a day 365 days a year (subject to type of maintenance contract in force)
